Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards for online orders.

For custom orders we request a 25% deposit once a design is agreed and a balancing payment upon completion. For these payments we prefer a bank transfer.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via a range of couriers depending on the final destination.

We only use courier services which provide insurance cover for goods in transit.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives to your address with apparent damage to the packaging, please photograph it and ensure that the delivery driver notes the damage before leaving.

A tracking number will be provided on all orders.

Estimated delivery times within NZ are 1-2 days from dispatch.

If you live outside of NZ and would like to order a Larch clock, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Orders delivered outside of NZ may incur import duties/taxes and are the buyers responsibility.
